Honor Society

HONOR SOCIETY RECIPIENTS

The NHAR Honor Society has been in successful operation since 1980. It is overseen by an Honor Society Working Group comprised of board Vice Presidents, as appointed by the NHAR President, and chaired by the NHAR President-elect.

The primary purpose of the NHAR Honor Society is to encourage broad participation among members in order that they might be better educated, active members – enabling them to serve their clients and customers well – and in return, bringing credit to themselves and to the real estate profession. The program is designed for both the newer REALTOR® and those who have held NHAR membership for a number of years.

Members of the Honor Society are awarded REALTOR® Honor Society pins and certificates recognizing their active involvement.

To maintain membership in the REALTOR® Honor Society, members re-qualify each year, thereby committing themselves to staying active and involved in the REALTOR® organization.

We would like to pay special tribute to those Honor Society members who made that commitment and have reached the 15-year mark. Life-time Members are no longer required to submit Honor Society applications and are recognized annually for their outstanding contribution. Our CONGRATULATIONS to each one and “thank you” for your fine example!
